1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm your 3D2N tour.
- Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund conditions apply:
- More than 14 days before the tour date → 100% refund (minus bank/transfer fees)
- 7–14 days before the tour date → 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the tour date → No refund
👉 Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation by Sam Java Tour
In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, road closures), you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
4. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to arrive at the scheduled meeting point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
5. Changes & Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your tour at least 7 days before the departure date, subject to availability.
- Date changes made less than 7 days before the tour may incur additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, transportation strikes). In such cases, we will do our best to provide alternative solutions.
